REASONS FOR ATTENDING CLINICS UNPREPARED

With reference to the above, first of all, I wish to confirm that I did receive the surgery booklet before the start of this posting. I was informed that students are to be familiar with the various tables, anatomy/physiology/biochemistry/pathology of various systems, and students who are not familiar with these are not allowed into the wards.

I apologise for entering the wards unprepared on friday. I was aware of my responsibilities as a COMPETENT medical student to study before entering the wards session. In the future, I will assure to be more thorough with my basic science knowledge.

In the end, I've come to realise the enormous responsibilities and obligations of a COMPETENT medical student. In knowing so, I'll try my level best to carry out these.

I would hope that you kindly accept my apology. Thank you.

Yours sincerely
